Electrical safety checks are required every two years and include the following:
Electrical safety check by a fully qualified A Grade Electrician
Electrical switchboard testing
Test of Electrical circuits
Checking of appliances, fixtures and fittings

Gas safety checks are required every two years and include the following:
Gas safety check by a fully qualified Gas Fitter endorsed to service Type A gas appliances
